Episode 19 – A discussion on the scope and legal implications of International Cartels

Dr Marek Martyniszyn joins second year QUB Law Student, Michael Sheerin, to explore the highly topical issue of International Cartels which have far reaching negative implications for potentially millions of consumers.

Marek draws upon his extensive research and expertise in this area to help explain the means by which they are able to operate, the unique problems they present to both domestic markets and the international legal order as well as highlighting potential remedies for this very real problem.
